Position Summary: SISCOG is seeking a SSOMA SUPERVISOR to ensure safety, supervise field personnel, conduct training, and develop operational procedures in environmental sanitation, industrial safety, and solid waste management. Currently, we are seeking an **SSOMA SUPERVISOR** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Minimum age: **26 years**. * Minimum **1 year of experience as SSOMA Supervisor**, performing duties in both field and office. * Availability to work in field and office. * Knowledge of **Integrated Management System (IMS)**. * Desired knowledge of **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001**. * Professional or technical education in **Industrial Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields**. **Responsibilities:** * Verify and comply with the daily schedule, ensuring that activities before, during, and after service execution are carried out safely. * Ensure compliance with work procedures and internal organizational standards. * Supervise field staff, verifying proper use of PPE, materials, and required documentation for service execution. * Deliver training to staff and/or clients according to the established schedule. * Conduct scheduled technical visits to clients. * Carry out unannounced visits to work teams to assess improvement opportunities. * Develop procedures, instructions, flowcharts, and other operational area documents in coordination with the IMS department. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Bonuses and paid overtime. * Career development path. **Contact:** 985 233 032 / 999 882 531 Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: Starting from S/.1,650.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to travel as scheduled? * Do you have availability to work on SUNDAYS in the field?
