Job Summary: Wensthay is seeking an Assembly Operator responsible for advanced blueprint reading, crew supervision, and execution of highly complex assembly tasks. Key Highlights: 1. For this project, we are currently seeking an* **Assembly Operator**, *who meets the following profile:* * **Assembly Operator:** Responsible for advanced blueprint reading, crew supervision, and execution of highly complex assembly tasks. **Common Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in industrial assembly or civil construction projects. * **Safety:** Essential knowledge of **working at heights** and use of PPE (lifeline, harness). * **Residence:** Preferably residing in **Tarma** or nearby areas in **Junín**. **Service Conditions:** * **Work Schedule:** **14 days on duty followed by 7 days off (14x7\)**. * **Payment Method:** Via **Service Fee Receipt** (Service provision contract). Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,400\.00 \- S/.3,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
