Job Summary: This role involves managing processes, suppliers, financial data, and proposing improvements to support the smooth operation of internal clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage suppliers and processes through KPIs and supervision. 2. Propose improvement initiatives to optimize processes and minimize costs. 3. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities: * Supplier Management: Monitor their processes via monthly KPIs, operational checklists, and functional supervision. * Manage the Finance Drive. * Manage money transfers. * Manage ARCO rights and revocation. Validate ARCO (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) requests received from Branches to forward to the Supplier. * Consult Data Processing. Manage customer instructions regarding non-contact. * Manage supplier invoice payments: RENIEC and Chamber of Commerce. * SUNARP: Manage top-ups and reconcile processing of requests received from Branches. * DERRAMAS: Generate and manage files for expense distribution (RENIEC and SUNARP). * Manage corporate tables. * Manage the People Database. * Economic Groups: Handle incidents in the process of merging central company codes. Send emails to Risk Management. * Propose process improvement initiatives inherent to the team, aimed at enhancing internal client performance and minimizing costs. * Manage external auditor requirements. * Manage insurance contracts. * Manage CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay). * Address ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team or other units: account reactivations, blocks/unblocks, holds/releases, reviewing operations in MovContaDetalle, performed on customers, etc. * Prepare the Global Reconciliation Report for Accounting on a monthly basis. * Perform other duties assigned by your manager in response to business and team needs: develop process manuals, incorporate new processes and/or team functions. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python. * Specific knowledge and hands-on experience with internal systems 3270 and NACAR. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
