




Position Summary: We are seeking an OSH Assistant to maintain records, manage contractors, update safety matrices, and conduct inspections and reporting, supporting Occupational Safety and Health management. HPD CONTRATISTAS GENERALES SAC, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of Tempered Glass, Insulated Glass, Aluminum Joinery, Accessories, among others, seeks top talent for the position of: OSH ASSISTANT **REQUIREMENTS:** * Engineer in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental, Industrial, or related fields. * Diploma / Specialization / Course in Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. * Basic knowledge of standards: ISO 45001, ISO 14001\. * Must be observant, organized, and possess communication skills, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Maintain up-to-date records:** Archive and update mandatory records (training, PPE issuance, inspections, audits, medical examinations, etc.). * **Contractor control:** Verify that external personnel comply with safety requirements prior to entry (SCTR, inductions, safe work forms, training for high-risk activities). * **Update matrices:** Support updating the **IPERC matrix** (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control Measures) and the **IAAS matrix** (Environmental Aspects and Impacts). * **Safety inspections:** Check the condition of fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, first-aid kits, housekeeping, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * **High-risk work inspections:** Verify that activities such as working at heights or hot work, and equipment usage, have their respective work permits and Safe Work Analyses (SWA). * **Reporting of unsafe acts and conditions:** Identify unsafe behaviors or facility deficiencies and report them to supervisors for immediate corrective action. * **Induction for new staff:** Deliver or assist in OSH induction talks for newly hired employees. * **5-Minute Safety Talks:** Organize, schedule, or deliver safety topics at the start of each work shift. * **Support to the OSH Committee:** Assist with logistics for the monthly Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings, preparation of minutes, and follow-up on agreed actions. * **First aid and emergency brigades:** Support formation, training, and drills of emergency brigades (evacuation, first aid, fire fighting). * **Incident reporting:** Collect initial data, witness statements, and photographs when an incident or workplace accident occurs to assist in the investigation process. * **Waste management:** In the environmental area, supervise correct segregation of company waste (color-coded bins) and storage in accordance with regulations. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * All statutory benefits. * **Birthday leave day** * **IF YOU MEET THE PROFILE, APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL.** Salary: Up to S/.2,500\.00 per month Application question(s): * What are your salary expectations? * How many years of experience do you have as an OSH Assistant?
