




Job Summary: We are seeking a Baker / Master Baker to prepare bakery products, perform quality control, and maintain hygiene, with experience in baking processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of savory breads, sweet breads, pastries, and packaged products. 2. Quality control of product taste, texture, and appearance. 3. Operation of bakery equipment and knowledge of GMP and FIFO. **WE ARE HIRING BAKERS / MASTER BAKERS!** Camaná \- Arequipa **Main Responsibilities:** \- Preparation of savory breads, sweet breads, pastries, and packaged products according to production requirements. \- Proper stocking of shelves and stores. \- Quality control by verifying the taste, texture, and appearance of each product. \- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and machinery before, during, and after shifts. **Requirements:** \- Experience in baking processes: mixing, rounding, fermentation, and baking. \- Ability to follow precise recipes and formulas. \- Basic operation of rotary ovens, mixers, sheeters, dividers, and fermentation chambers. \- Knowledge of raw material control and the FIFO system. \- Knowledge of GMP and food handling. **Rotating day and night shifts.** We seek responsible, committed individuals with a passion for baking.
