Job Summary: We are seeking a Pastry Assistant (Junior or Senior) passionate about artisanal pastry-making to prepare, produce, and decorate classic desserts in our Miraflores workshop. We operate two cafés in Lima and are looking for a: Pastry Assistant (Junior or Senior) – Miraflores Workshop At Patty Pastelería, we value tradition and attention to detail. If you are passionate about pastry-making, here you will not only work—you will also learn artisanal pastry techniques that have accompanied us for over 30 years. Main Responsibilities: \- Preparation of cake batters and bases, pies, brownies, cookies, and alfajores. \- Production of classic desserts: tres leches, cheesecake, flan, mousse, among others. \- Assembly, baking, and decoration of cakes and desserts. \- Processing and rolling doughs; preparation of frostings, creams, and fillings. \- Fulfillment of sweet and savory orders (sandwiches, quiches, coffee, supermarkets). \- Coating and decorating nougats and specialty products. \- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Assistant in a production workshop or pastry shop (mandatory). \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \- Technical studies in pastry-making or gastronomy. Conditions and Benefits: \- Workplace: Miraflores. \- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (45-minute break). \- Salary according to experience: S/ 1,300 – S/ 1,500 gross \- SME payroll with all benefits: bonus, CTS, vacation. \- 30% discount on Patty products. \- Opportunity for growth and annual evaluation with potential salary increase.
