




Job Summary: We are seeking a safety professional to provide support in hazard and risk identification and evaluation, incident investigation, and leadership in risk prevention training. Key Highlights: 1. Support in hazard and risk identification and evaluation (IPER) 2. Incident investigation and corrective action follow-up 3. Leadership in safety training and awareness RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Comply with Occupational Risk and Environmental Prevention Policies. 2\. Provide support in identifying and evaluating hazards and risks (IPER), and monitor the implementation of control measures. 3\. Report all incidents/accidents occurring in the work area. 4\. Guide and participate in incident and accident investigations, report findings, and track implementation of resulting corrective and preventive actions. 5\. Identify and report hazards within their work area. 6\. Support implementation of preventive and environmental control measures established in the Project's Risk Prevention and Environmental Management Plan (PdRGA), based on Hazard Identification Matrix analysis. 7\. Continuously verify compliance with preventive mechanisms (operational and administrative) defined in the Operational Control Matrices and Safe Work Analysis (SWA) developed for each project activity. 8\. Efficiently apply the documents of the Integrated Management System for which they are responsible. 9\. Lead training and awareness activities for personnel and contractors. REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor's degree in Safety and Hygiene Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of verifiable post-graduation experience. \- Training courses in high-risk work activities to be supervised, such as: working at heights, hot work, load lifting, electrical hazards, handling of hazardous chemicals, confined space entry, among others (mandatory). \- Diploma in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (SSOMA).
