* Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of on-site quality audits for fiber optic installations, ensuring compliance with procedures, technical standards, and customer requirements.
* Design and manage the audit plan, defining scopes, priorities, frequencies, and evaluation criteria for various installation operations.
* Supervise the quality audit team, distributing workloads, monitoring objective achievement, and providing feedback on obtained results.
* Analyze audit results and management indicators, preparing periodic reports to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
* Manage action plans arising from audit findings, tracking implementation and timely closure of identified observations.
* Develop and maintain up-to-date audit procedures, instructions, protocols, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and contractual requirements.
* Monitor compliance with defined quality indicators (KPIs), proposing actions to improve performance and productivity levels.
* Coordinate training and technical reinforcement activities for installation and audit teams, aimed at strengthening best practices and reducing recurring errors.
* Conduct operational process assessments and analyses, identifying gaps, optimization opportunities, and improvements contributing to operational excellence.
* Manage audit documentation and evidence, ensuring traceability and availability of information for internal controls, customers, or regulatory authorities.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting process standardization, reduction of rework, and increased customer satisfaction.
**Candidate Requirements**

* Completed degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related fields
* Preferred experience with quality and audit management platforms
* 3 years of experience in telecommunications operations
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
