We are currently seeking a Delivery Order Receptionist responsible for providing prompt and courteous service, accurately managing orders, and coordinating their preparation and dispatch. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Completed secondary education. Technical or university studies are preferred. * Experience: Prior experience in customer service, order reception, call centers, restaurants, or similar roles. * Knowledge: * Proficiency in POS sales systems and delivery applications. * Customer attention and service. * Order coordination and tracking. * Basic invoicing procedures. * Skills: * Clear communication and courteous demeanor. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and prioritize orders. * Service-oriented attitude and empathy toward customers. * Fast typing and order registration speed. * Ability to resolve incidents promptly. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Answer calls, messages, and orders received via phone, WhatsApp, and delivery applications. * Register orders in the system, verifying customer details, delivery address, items ordered, payment method, and special instructions accurately. * Coordinate with the kitchen to prepare orders according to sequence and priority. * Assist in packaging orders, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and proper food protection. * Verify that each order is complete, correctly packaged, and accompanied by the corresponding receipt before dispatch. * Organize orders by dispatch sequence and delivery priority. * Hand over orders to delivery personnel or directly to customers for pickup, confirming order details. * Address inquiries, complaints, and delivery-related incidents, providing timely solutions or escalating to the appropriate supervisor. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception and packaging area. * Monitor packaging material inventory and report replenishment needs promptly. * Adhere to the company’s established standards for personal appearance, communication, and service. **BENEFITS** * Pleasant work environment. * Ongoing training. * Base salary: S/ 1300 **WORK SCHEDULE** Full-time: Tuesday through Sunday. * Tuesday–Friday: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. * Day off: Monday. **LOCATION** DON PIZZA – Av.
