




Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team, responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and recommending candidates while ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Key Responsibilities: * Source, recruit, interview, and recommend candidates for positions across various levels. * Execute the full selection process: interviews, reference checks, screening, and feedback. * Schedule interviews and coordinate with Hiring Managers; develop structured interview guides and questions. * Maintain up-to-date records, metrics, and reports in authorized systems (Workday or others). * Manage multiple recruitment sources: universities, job fairs, agencies, mass campaigns, etc. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies: Code of Conduct, Data Privacy, Ethics, and Open Market guidelines. * Train recruiters, managers, and employees on R\&S processes. * Document all stages of the recruitment process in an organized manner. * Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and jointly develop interview questions with the hiring manager to ensure effective and equitable interviews. Requirements: * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience in recruitment. * Basic English proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office, competency-based interviews, and interpretation of psychometric tests. * Preferred: driver's license and willingness to travel or relocate.
