Requirements * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in **Psychology or related fields**. * Minimum of **6 months’ experience conducting large-scale recruitment and selection processes**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Availability to work **100% on-site**. Responsibilities * Screen resumes according to the required profile. * Post job openings and manage recruitment sources. * Contact candidates and coordinate their participation in selection processes (virtual or on-site). * Conduct **initial interviews** and follow up with applicants. * Schedule psychological assessments and employment verifications. * Maintain the **candidate database** up to date.
