We support our clients in efficiently filling operational, commercial, and technical positions—ensuring quality, timely delivery, and precise alignment with required profiles. We are currently seeking a **Recruitment and Selection Freelancer** to support our clients’ active recruitment processes. * Job Objective To autonomously manage recruitment and selection processes—from initial job profiling through to vacancy closure—ensuring submission of candidates aligned with client requirements. Responsibilities * Gather and validate job profiles, employment conditions, working hours, and benefits—ensuring clear information for applicants. * Design and execute multichannel recruitment strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media). * Draft and publish job advertisements targeted to the ideal candidate profile. * Conduct resume screening and pre\-assessments—prioritizing quality over volume. * Submit shortlisted candidates within agreed timelines. * Support the entire process until vacancy closure. * Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database. * Meet established deadlines and quality standards. Requirements * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in recruitment and selection. * Experience recruiting **operational, commercial, and technical** profiles. * Proficiency in job boards and digital recruitment tools. * Ability to work goal\- and results\-oriented. * Microsoft Office: Basic level. * Graphic design platform proficiency (CANVA, FreepikDesigns.ai, ETC.): Basic \- Intermediate level. * **Freelance / Independent** work arrangement. * Personal equipment and stable internet connection required.
