Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Lead to lead a team, architect solutions, and resolve complex technical problems within the Development and Innovation Technology area. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure efficiency, organization, and quality of deliverables **Tech Lead / Technical Lead \- Java \& DevOps** We are looking for a Technical Lead for our Development and Innovation Technology area who can guide the team, architect solutions, and directly engage in resolving complex technical problems when required. You will serve as the bridge between operational strategy and technical execution, ensuring the team operates efficiently and organically, and that deliverables maintain the highest quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary point of contact for the team on Java architecture and Linux deployment topics. * Organize work cells, delegate tasks based on each member's strengths, and ensure milestone adherence. * Actively participate in development using Java 8\+ / Spring and oversee infrastructure-as-code (IaC). * Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software lifecycle. * Ensure service health using observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana) and load balancing. * Evaluate and decide on technical solutions under pressure, prioritizing stability in the telecommunications sector. **Technical Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in software development, ideally in high-demand environments (Telecommunications). * **Backend:** Strong expertise in Java 8 (or later) and Spring Framework. * **Infrastructure:** Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Nomad, or Docker. * **Environments:** Advanced proficiency in Linux servers. * **Observability and Monitoring:** Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana. * **Methodologies:** Ability to organize teams under agile or traditional frameworks. * **Language:** Intermediate/advanced English (mandatory for vendor communication/documentation). **Soft Skills** * Delegation ability * Assertive communication * Proactivity **Conditions** Employment: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Work Mode: Remote Position Type: Full-time, Freelance/Consultant Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation in Peruvian soles? * The hiring modality is full-time freelance/consultant — do you agree?
