Position Summary: We are seeking a Resident Construction Engineer to comprehensively lead and supervise large-scale multifamily projects, manage resources, and ensure achievement of objectives. Key coordination with various teams We are hiring a **Resident Construction Engineer** to lead a large-scale multifamily project in **Paracas and Talara**. This role involves overall direction and supervision of the construction work. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead daily construction execution. * Ensure compliance with drawings, schedule, and budget. * Manage human resources, materials, and equipment. * Maintain technical files, logbooks, and reports. * Coordinate with contractors, quality control, and SSOMA. * Identify risks and propose solutions. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * \+4 years as Resident Engineer in building projects. * Mandatory experience in projects of **\+60 units and \+15 floors**. * Experience in Urban Development and Techo Propio projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM, quantity take-offs, APU. * Availability to work in Paracas / Talara. **Benefits** * Full payroll from day one (General Regime) * Accommodation provided. * Working hours: Mon–Fri / Sat morning shift * Career development path within an expanding company * SCTR Salary: S/.7,500\.00 \- S/.9,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you available to travel, if assigned to Talara or Paracas? * Please state your salary expectations and mobile phone number. * Is your availability immediate? * Do you have experience in construction projects under Techo Proprio and/or MiVivienda Fund?
