




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Office Manager for an important multifamily project, responsible for technical review, planning, supervision, and cost management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the technical planning and structuring of projects 2. Supervise the coordination of drawings and BIM model 3. Manage the project budget and actual costs We are looking for a **Technical Office Manager** for a large-scale multifamily project in Paracas and Talara. **Responsibilities** * Review technical documentation and verify measurements. * Plan, analyze, and structure technical project information. * Lead performance reports and indicators. * Supervise drawing coordination, design, and BIM model. * Manage target budget, actual costs, and commitments. * Coordinate with production, quality, and SSOMA departments. * Prepare analyses of additions and deductions. * Supervise setting-out drawings and maintain updated versions. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * \+3 years as **Technical Office Manager** in high-rise buildings (\+60 units). * Knowledge of budgeting and urban development approvals. * Familiarity with BIM, Last Planner, and Look Ahead methodologies. * Proficiency in construction regulations and occupational safety and health standards (SST). * Knowledge of the TechoPropio housing program and Fondo MiVivienda. **Benefits** * Full payroll from Day 1.
