Job Summary: We are seeking sales promoters for the traditional channel, with experience in customer service and availability to promote products and achieve sales targets. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion and sale of products at established locations. 2. Direct interaction with customers for product demonstrations and addressing inquiries. 3. Order tracking and customer support. **Sales Promoter / Traditional Channel Promoter – East Lima and Central Lima** We are looking for sales promoters for East Lima and Central Lima (urban core), preferably familiar with and able to operate across multiple districts in East Lima and Central Lima. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in the traditional channel as a sales promoter, promoter, or product taster. * Experience in direct customer interaction. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. * Availability to work Saturdays, 8 AM to 2 PM. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Visit established sales points together with a salesperson. * Accompany the salesperson on routes to introduce and promote products. * Conduct product sampling and address customer questions to raise awareness of the product brand. * Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. * Track customer orders and verify order details. * Escalate inquiries, complaints, and returns to immediate supervisors and respective departments. * Support tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Total remuneration: S/1930 soles via honorarium receipt. * Base salary: S/1130 + S/300 mobility allowance. * Sales bonus: S/500 or more. * Timely payments. * Pleasant work environment. * Career development path.
