Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 **Date:** Jul 8, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Execute audits scheduled in the Annual Corporate Audit Plan and contribute to proposing remediation plans. **What will you do in your role?** Prepare information requests and assist in coordinating the submission of information required to conduct audits. Fully or partially execute the Internal Audit Program. Review identified findings from scheduled audits with process owners. Prepare presentations summarizing audit results. Assist in tracking the closure of observations arising from internal audits. Perform necessary coordination with involved departments for the execution of special and outsourced audits. **What do we need from you?** Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Food Engineering. Experience in **Legal Regulations and Traceability:** Proficiency in local sanitary legislation (e.g., **DIGESA** in Peru) and forward/backward batch traceability standards. Knowledge of **GMP** (Good Manufacturing Practices), **GSP** (Good Storage Practices), and **GLP** (Good Laboratory Practices). Familiarity with process mapping tools. **Food Safety and Quality Management Systems:** Advanced knowledge of global standards such as **ISO 9001**, **ISO 22000**. Minimum of 4 years of overall experience is mandatory. Minimum of 2 years in similar positions is mandatory.
