Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Leader to design software architectures, implement web/mobile applications, and define technical standards while overseeing the full software development lifecycle. We are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of **Technical Leader.** ***Responsibilities:*** * Lead the design of software architectures using backend technologies such as Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus), Python, and C\# (.NET), ensuring decoupled, scalable, and service-oriented solutions. * Design and implement web and mobile applications for various organizational departments. * Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines for React- and Angular-based frontend applications, ensuring consistent and high-performance user experiences. * Ensure proper implementation of design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, and secure development best practices. * Oversee the complete software development lifecycle—from technical analysis and design through implementation, testing, and deployment. * Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating functional requirements into viable technical solutions. ***Requirements:*** **Experience and Technical Knowledge:** **Backend** * Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus) * C\# / .NET * Python * Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB * Containers and deployment: Docker, Kubernetes * CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) **Frontend & Mobile** * React * Angular * Android / iOS **Architecture & DevOps** * Microservices architectures * REST APIs and service integration * Version control with Git * Unit and integration testing * Experience in cloud environments and containerized systems **Leadership Skills** * Ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams. * Focus on quality, results, and goal achievement. * Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving orientation. * Ability to prioritize, make technical decisions, and manage technical debt.
