We are seeking top-tier talent for the position of: Position: SSOMA Manager on Site Location: Lima (Cercado de Lima) **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Develop SSOMA (Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental) policies and procedures for the construction site, ensuring compliance by all employees and contractors. * Identify and assess risks associated with construction activities—both for worker safety and occupational health as well as for the environment—and develop effective control measures to mitigate these risks. * Supervise the implementation of safety, occupational health, and environmental activities on site, including regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. * Coordinate staff training and education on safety, occupational health, and environmental topics, ensuring all workers are adequately informed and prepared to work safely and responsibly. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and occupational illnesses, identifying root causes and developing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. * Maintain up-to-date records of all safety, occupational health, and environmental aspects on site, including incident reports, inspection logs, and risk assessments. * Collaborate with departments and work teams in planning and executing activities affecting safety, occupational health, and the environment, ensuring integration of SSOMA principles across all project phases. * Stay current with the latest regulations and best practices in safety, occupational health, and environmental management, and ensure their effective implementation on site. * Promote a safety culture and environmental awareness among all * Perform other complementary duties related to the position and guidelines of the Integrated Management System. **Requirements:** * Education Level: Degree holder, registered with a professional association, and licensed. * Field: Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related disciplines. * Industry/Sector: Construction or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 5 years as SSOMA Manager on building construction sites. **Courses:** * First Aid Training. * Course, Diploma, or specialization in safety and/or environmental laws and regulations. * High-risk training. (Desirable) * Knowledge of SSOMA regulations and standards (ISO 14001, ISO * 45001\).
