




Job Summary: Coordinate and lead occupational safety and health activities, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of prevention and control measures. Organize safety training and drills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and procedures related to safety, occupational health, environment, and quality; and coordinate and direct occupational safety and health activities, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of prevention and control measures. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate/registered professional in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the position since registration. **FUNCTIONS:** * Apply risk management tools (PERC, ATS, PETAR, PETS) and methods for risk assessment. * Supervise compliance with risk analysis controls for activities. * Identify workplace hazards, assess associated risks, and implement appropriate controls. * Ensure full implementation of the annual occupational safety and health program. * Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections of facilities, machinery, and work equipment. * Organize safety orientation and training for new personnel. * Monitor preventive and corrective actions. * Develop, review, implement, and maintain up-to-date occupational safety and health documentation. * Ensure workers comply with applicable legal and internal company SSOMA regulations. * Support development of the SSOMA Management System. **WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL TO ANCASH** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What are your salary expectations?
