




Job Summary: A professional responsible for implementing, supervising, and maintaining the SSOMA system in mining units, promoting a safety culture and environmental care. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the implementation and supervision of SSOMA systems in mining. 2. Manage operational safety by assessing risks and controlling critical factors. 3. Actively promote a safety culture and environmental stewardship. **Job Requirements:** * Licensed and registered professional (minimum 3 years of registration). Suggested fields: Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related disciplines. * 3 years of experience in mining units as a Safety Supervisor. * Driver's license: A2 or A1 (with at least 5 years of validity) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Valid Las Bambas certification is desirable **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement, supervise, and maintain the SSOMA system in accordance with mining regulations and client requirements. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and validate critical controls in operational activities. * Develop, update, and ensure compliance with PETS, IPERC, ATS, and other management documents. * Conduct field inspections and ensure proper use of PPE. * Manage incidents and accidents, conducting investigations and proposing corrective actions. * Coordinate training sessions, inductions, and safety programs for personnel. * Report SSOMA indicators, legal compliance, and inspection results to management and the client. * Promote a safety culture, environmental care, and order across all areas. * And other duties assigned. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment contract * All statutory benefits * Timely salary payments * Accommodation and meals provided * Excellent working environment * 14x7 work schedule Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,500.00 \- S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
