




Position Summary: A professional with experience in physicochemical testing to manage and improve procedures, supervise staff, and ensure the validity of laboratory results. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the implementation and continuous improvement of management procedures. 2. Supervises and evaluates staff performance in physicochemical testing. 3. Implements new accredited and non-accredited methodologies. Education: Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or related fields. Knowledge of physicochemical analysis Knowledge and interpretation of the current version of NTP\-ISO/IEC 17025 Knowledge of uncertainty evaluation Knowledge of ensuring result validity Knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience: Minimum 3 years conducting physicochemical testing RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with and enforce established procedures within the management system, enabling their implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement regarding physicochemical testing. Define and develop improvements for tasks in the physicochemical laboratory. Periodically review and verify compliance with the laboratory equipment maintenance, verification, and calibration program. Analyze and review reported results of physicochemical testing. Maintain up-to-date information on national and international regulations and technical standards related to services provided. Supervise and evaluate the performance of personnel under supervision in conducting physicochemical testing. Implement new accredited and non-accredited methodologies within the organization when required. Respond to and address audits of the physicochemical laboratory. Workplace: On-site employment
