Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities:** * Manage the local implementation of climate risk management methodologies, models, tools, and frameworks defined by the Group and geography. * Coordinate the integration of climate criteria and variables into credit admission, monitoring, and risk management processes. * Promote the adoption and use of climate management tools across all involved teams—including credit admission, corporate banking, CIB, and others—to ensure their proper application. * Provide technical and functional support to users of climate risk tools and methodologies. * Coordinate with global and local teams to execute climate and sustainability risk-related initiatives and projects. * Monitor indicators, metrics, and outcomes associated with climate risk management for clients and portfolios. * Participate in developing and implementing capabilities for identifying, measuring, monitoring, and mitigating transition and physical climate risks. * Drive the integration of climate considerations into the bank’s enterprise-wide risk management frameworks. * Design and deliver training and mentoring programs to strengthen climate management capabilities across business and risk teams. * Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses for committees, management forums, and governance bodies related to sustainability and climate risk management. * Identify opportunities to improve climate management methodologies, processes, and tools, promoting continuous evolution. * Coordinate the implementation of regulatory and corporate requirements related to climate and sustainability risks. * Continuously seek business opportunities based on climate risk management through data exploitation, metrics, projects, or other means. * Promote the use of artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and automate processes, contributing to climate risk management, evaluation, and reporting. * Perform other duties inherent to the role and assigned by the supervisor, supporting the achievement of departmental objectives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economic Engineering, Business Engineering, Finance, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in risk management, sustainability, climate change, ESG risks, or environmental management—preferably within the financial sector, consulting firms, or public entities. * Specialization or complementary studies in climate risk management, sustainability, sustainable finance, climate change, or related areas. * Knowledge of physical and transition climate risks and their integration into enterprise-wide risk management processes. * Experience participating in projects implementing climate risk, sustainability, or ESG-related methodologies, models, tools, or initiatives. * Familiarity with sustainability and climate risk regulatory frameworks and international standards (e.g., TCFD, ISSB, TNFD, IFRS S1/S2, PCAF, NGFS, Equator Principles) (desirable). * Experience analyzing information and developing key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and executive reports to support decision-making. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects with local and global teams. * Knowledge of credit risk management, credit admission, portfolio monitoring, and tracking processes (desirable). * Experience designing or facilitating internal user training and mentoring programs (desirable). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, report development). * Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python (desirable). * Interest and knowledge in applying artificial intelligence to process automation and data analysis (desirable). * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
