Job Summary: Pentágono is seeking a Technical Inspector to conduct field inspections, identify findings, and prepare technical inspection reports for structures and buildings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct field technical inspections of structures or buildings 2. Identify and evaluate technical findings 3. Prepare inspection reports and technical reports Pentágono is a company focused on assisting and advising individuals with mortgage insurance, supporting them in claims management and the entire financial guidance process related to these insurance policies. We are currently seeking a Technical Inspector to join our team. Responsibilities * Conduct field technical inspections of structures or buildings. * Identify and evaluate technical findings during inspections. * Record evidence through photographs, measurements, and direct observation. * Support and explain identified findings based on technical evidence. * Prepare inspection reports or technical reports. * Communicate inspection results clearly and professionally. * Appropriately manage situations of disagreement or inquiries during inspections. Requirements * Technician or university graduate in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields**. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in technical inspections or expert assessments. * Ability to **support and refute findings with evidence**. * **Assertive communication** and conflict management skills.
