Our client, a leading Peruvian company expanding nationwide and specializing in optical fiber internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Customer Technical Service Coordinator.** What are the main responsibilities? * Manage technical service requests in the company's system. * Assign technical service orders to the respective personnel. * Coordinate with technical staff for execution of required technical services. * Ensure compliance with established technical service procedures. What are we looking for? * Currently pursuing or having completed undergraduate studies in Networks, Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office and management applications. * A leadership-oriented, communicative, service-minded, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual.
