Our structures, tools, and equipment form the physical backbone of our operations, and those who ensure their strength and quality are key contributors to our success. **Job Description** We are looking for a proactive **Technical Welder**, with strong manual dexterity and eagerness to continue developing within the industrial field. You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of metallic components for our drilling equipment, working under safety and quality standards. **Essential Requirements** * Completed technical training in Welding, Metallic Construction, Production Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience performing industrial, structural, or workshop welding tasks. * Practical proficiency in Electric Arc, MIG, and TIG welding processes. * Basic knowledge of interpreting mechanical/metallic blueprints. * Solid understanding of Occupational Safety and Health standards (strict use of PPE). * Availability to work on-site in SMP, Monday through Saturday. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform welding tasks for repairing, reinforcing, and maintaining metallic structures, pipes, and drilling equipment components. * Prepare materials before each task: measure, cut, clean, bevel, and properly align parts. * Assess wear, defects, or cracks in operational tools to carry out timely corrective repairs. * Visually inspect weld bead quality, penetration, and finish upon completion of each task. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper care of assigned welding machines and tools in the workshop. * Provide technical support for other operational activities required by the maintenance department. **What We Offer?** * Immediate payroll enrollment under the Small Business Regime, with all corresponding statutory benefits. * Compensation commensurate with experience level (Junior / Semi\-Senior profile). * Opportunity to join a specialized technical team and gain experience with a solid geotechnical sector company.
