




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to evaluate, diagnose, repair, and conduct functional testing of mining equipment and components, providing technical support and preparing reports. Opportunity for professional development and continuous training. **PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Evaluate, diagnose, repair, and conduct functional testing of underground, surface, and construction mining equipment and components. * Disassemble, inspect, evaluate, and repair hydraulic cylinders, differential axles, brake packages, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, valves, actuators, hydraulic hammers, and other components. * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures, identify root causes, and propose technical solutions. * Perform measurements using precision instruments and maintain corresponding records. * Interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical drawings, as well as manufacturers' technical manuals. * Prepare technical reports covering evaluation, diagnosis, repair, and recommendations. * Conduct functional and quality control tests prior to equipment and component delivery. * Coordinate with the workshop team on machining, fabrication, and component reconditioning processes. * Perform disassembly and assembly tasks in the workshop and on-site. * Provide technical support during commissioning, inspections, and preventive and corrective maintenance. * Conduct technical visits to clients and mining units for evaluation, advisory services, follow-up, and warranty handling. * Comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System procedures. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper storage of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities. * Actively participate in technical training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. * Other related duties assigned by the Services Manager. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * Minimum **3 years** of experience in maintenance and repair of heavy machinery for mining and construction. * Proven experience in hydraulic component repair. * Desired experience with hydraulic hammers, breaker booms, drilling equipment, or mining machinery. * Experience performing tasks both in workshops and at mining sites. **EDUCATION** * Certified technician or graduate in Heavy Machinery Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. **KNOWLEDGE** * Repair and maintenance of hydraulic equipment and components. * Hydraulic and electro-hydraulic systems. * Interpretation of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical drawings. * Precision measuring instruments. * Technical report writing. * Workshop processes, machining, and welding. * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) \- Intermediate level. * Basic/Intermediate technical English (desirable). * AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks (desirable). * Advanced welding certification or expertise (desirable). * Driver's license A\-I (mandatory).
