Being part of the administrative team of an energy company **JOB OPENING – TREASURY MANAGER** **Nazca Energy S.A.C.**, an energy sector company, is currently seeking a **Treasury Manager** to join our administrative team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage treasury operations and record financial transactions in the company's ERP system. * Monitor and control accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Issue invoices and manage customer collections. * Prepare and update daily, monthly, and projected cash flow statements. * Schedule and execute payments to suppliers, payroll, and other financial obligations. * Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions. * Manage bank transfers, tax withholdings, and other financial operations. * Prepare treasury and liquidity reports for management. * Administer petty cash and safeguard financial documentation. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Accounting, Administration, Economics, or Finance**. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years of treasury experience**. * Experience in **cash flow management, collections, and payment scheduling**. * Proficiency in **financial ERP systems (SIIA preferred)**. * Intermediate or advanced **Excel skills**. * Availability for **on-site work**. * Preferably reside **near the company**. **Competencies:** * Financial organization and planning. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Proactivity. **Interested candidates should submit their CV indicating the position applied for.** **We Offer:** Payment via Receipt for Professional Services (RXH).
