We seek individuals with experience or knowledge in welding processes **SMAW 3G or FCAW 3G**, committed to quality, safety, and teamwork. Requirements * Experience in welding processes **SMAW 3G or FCAW 3G**. * Preferably, hold a **valid certification in SMAW 3G or FCAW 3G**. * **Even without certification, you may still apply**, provided you have verifiable experience in either of these processes. * Availability to complete an **in-person technical test** at our Huachipa workshop. * Availability to work on-site. Working Hours * **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 7:00 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. What We Offer? * Compensation **based on the technical test evaluation and applicant's experience**. * Monthly payments. * Payment via **Receipt for Professional Services (Recibo por Honorarios)**. * Professional development opportunities within the company. * Opportunity to participate in nationwide projects, subject to performance and company needs. * Opportunity for growth and promotion based on performance.
