Opportunity for professional growth and development **Warehouse and Procurement Supervisor – Restaurant** R18 Restaurante \& Bar is seeking a Warehouse and Procurement Supervisor with experience in restaurants or food-related companies and essential knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate directly with suppliers, request quotations, and prepare purchase orders. * Track orders and ensure timely supply. * Receive and verify goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes. * Inspect quality, quantity, price, batch number, labeling, packaging, and expiration dates. * Monitor receiving temperatures for refrigerated and frozen products. * Record incoming and outgoing items and keep the stock ledger updated. * Manage minimum and maximum stock levels, inventories, and variances. * Enter invoices, delivery notes, and supporting documentation into the system. * Coordinate requirements from Kitchen, Bar, Pastry, and other production departments. * Apply FIFO and FEFO systems for product rotation. * Prevent expirations, overstocking, and stockouts. * Ensure GMP compliance within the warehouse. * Store products properly—separated, labeled, and preserved. * Prepare procurement, consumption, and inventory reports. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum two years’ experience in warehouse, procurement, logistics, or supply chain functions. * Experience in restaurants, hotels, or food companies. * Demonstrable knowledge of GMP. * Knowledge of storage practices for perishable and non-perishable goods. * Proficiency in stock ledgers, inventory management, and FIFO/FEFO systems. * Experience handling invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organized, honest, detail-oriented, and capable of coordination. * Availability to work on-site in Lima’s Historic Center. **Desirable** * Technical studies in Administration, Logistics, Food Industry, Accounting, or related fields. **We Offer** * Formal employment under the company’s labor regime. * Meal allowance covered. * Job stability and opportunity for growth. * Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (rotating schedule) * Work location: Jr. Ica 143, Cercado de Lima.
