Job Summary: OCA GLOBAL seeks an Inventory Assistant to manage and analyze inventory, dispatch, receive materials, and ensure efficient warehouse operations. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking top talent for the position of **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT:** **REQUIREMENTS:** + Technical or bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. + **Minimum 1 year of experience** in goods dispatch and receipt (PPEs, materials, and supplies). + Experience in cyclic and annual inventories, identification of discrepancies and losses. + Experience operating pallet jacks and stackers. + **Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Mandatory)** + **Class A-1 driver's license (Mandatory).** + Warehouse-related course or specialization. + Experience in inventory management.**RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Conduct and analyze inventory counts. + Enter data into the warehouse management system. + Manage dispatch and receipt of materials. + Optimize inventory turnover rates for each warehouse item. + Comply with GSP (Good Storage Practices). + Prepare warehouse reports and performance indicators. + Carry out field visits as required by Operations.**BENEFITS:** + Market-competitive salary + Formal employment registration from day one. + Working hours: Mon-Fri: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM / Sat: 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM + Work location: San Martin de Porres
