We are a specialized metallurgical and mechanical company, and we are currently looking for a **welding assistant** committed to performing operational welding or pipe recovery tasks. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the execution of welding and pipe recovery work. * Support the maintenance and repair of existing metal structures. * Knowledge of welding techniques. * Basic knowledge of industrial safety and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks, such as handling metal parts and operating heavy tools. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Technical qualification in Welding or related field (Desirable). * Minimum 1 year of experience in welding and assembly of metal structures. * Experience in the hardware sector. * Availability to work in Pro (reside in nearby areas). * Schedule availability: **Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.** **Benefits** * Compensation: **S/ 1,130 to 1,300**. * Full payroll registration under GCA scheme from day one. * Meal allowance covering **60%**. * Overtime pay. * All statutory benefits: \| CTS \| LIFE INSURANCE (Mandatory) \| BONUS \| FAMILY ALLOWANCE (if applicable) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have at least 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain? * Have you managed end-to-end issuance and tracking of purchase orders? * Do you have experience using ERP systems?
