This opportunity is for you.** We are looking for a Commercial Advisor to develop our business in the financial education and trading sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers. **Responsibilities**: * Gain in-depth knowledge of all relevant company services and products. * Prospect and contact new customers via telephone calls, emails, and instant messaging to sell our products and services. * Maintain communications that meet the quality requirements and parameters approved by the company. * Keep a record of all customer interactions in our CRM. * Conduct market analysis together with customers to generate and sustain their interest. **Requirements** * Knowledge of trading is a plus. * Knowledge of international markets and cryptocurrencies. * Strong verbal communication skills: ability to speak publicly and write clear, well-structured texts. * Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and OLAP. * A responsible, proactive, and results-oriented individual. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to working under pressure. * High attention to detail, organization, planning, and discipline. **Benefits** * Base salary + an attractive monthly commission system with **NO CAP.** * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Unlimited membership to Udemy Business. **Who Are We?** At **Life Academy**, we are passionate about helping people improve their lives through education.
