Maintenance of high standards of quality and presentation We are looking for an experienced Cook with proven expertise in preparing stir-fried dishes and à la carte dishes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and maintain high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities * Prepare and cook dishes following established recipes and quality standards. * Specialize in preparing stir-fried dishes and a variety of à la carte dishes. * Manage ingredient preparation and maintain kitchen organization. * Ensure cleanliness and order in the work area and utensils. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient, high-quality service. * Stay updated on culinary trends and best practices. Requirements * Proven prior experience as a Cook, with emphasis on stir-fried dishes and à la carte dishes. * Knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions. Work Schedule: 1:00 pm\-10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. Salary: S/ 1,700 \+ S/300 monthly bonus. Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
