Position Summary: Support the Mechanical Maintenance department by managing technical information, preparing drawings, and participating in continuous improvement projects to optimize efficiency. Support in supervising preventive maintenance programs **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Provide support to the Mechanical Maintenance department through organizing and managing technical information, preparing and updating spare parts, equipment, and modified process line drawings, as well as participating in various continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and reliability. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support in organizing equipment information and historical records. * Assist in coding spare parts for plant equipment. * Support in supervising preventive maintenance programs. * Prepare spare parts and equipment plans. * Support in preparing purchase and service requests. * Support in implementing preventive formats for rotating and static equipment. * Prepare maintenance reports for various equipment. * Prepare drawings for modified equipment, modified process lines, and fabricated spare parts. * Support in managing mechanical maintenance personnel. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Reside in Cusco. * Preferably 6 months of pre-professional internship experience in a continuous-process industrial company. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Basic knowledge of pumps and compressors. * Basic knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance plans. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. * Intermediate-level Excel and Power BI.
