Excellent work environment **SSOMA SUPERVISOR** If you have experience in project safety supervision and are seeking stability, professional development, and new challenges, we want to meet you! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduated and licensed engineer in Mining, Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Safety and Hygiene Engineering, or related fields. * Valid professional license (MANDATORY). * Minimum 2 years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor or in similar positions. * Occupational Safety and Health training courses (minimum 240 hours). * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems. * Willingness to travel and work on projects. * Valid driver's license and ability to operate manual transmission vehicles. * Willingness to perform work at heights. * Residence in Metropolitan Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the proper implementation of the SSOMA Management System across projects and work fronts. * Participate in the development and updating of IPERC, AST, SSOMA procedures, and plans. * Verify compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Train personnel on prevention and safety topics. * Prepare incident, accident, and corrective action reports. * Promote campaigns, best practices, and a preventive culture within the organization. * Manage SSOMA area resources and documentation. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one. * 100% SCTR and Life Insurance as mandated by law. * Career path and professional growth. * Excellent work environment.
