Training on client tools and systems WODEN DEL PERÚ is seeking an IN-HOUSE MANAGER to provide technical support and user and executive assistance for our client. REQUIREMENTS Technical, university, or bachelor’s graduate in Electronics, Telecommunications, Systems, Computing, Informatics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in repair, maintenance, and/or configuration of cellular devices. Minimum 8-hour course or certification in maintenance and repair of cell phones, tablets, or mobile devices. Minimum 8-hour course or certification in Word and Excel. Knowledge of Android and iOS, device configuration, and diagnostics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Availability to work on-site in Bellavista – Callao. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Provide technical support to users and executives. Advise on the use and configuration of mobile devices. Manage device intake, tracking, and servicing in the lab. Administer devices using MDM tools. Register and manage requests via Salesforce and CRM. Track complaints, malfunctions, device replacements, and activations. Manage inventory of mobile and fixed devices. Coordinate with various internal departments of the client. Prepare reports on performed activities. Ensure compliance with established SLAs. WHAT WE OFFER Work equipment provided Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Location: EsSalud Alberto Sabogal Hospital, Bellavista – Callao. Training on tools and systems used by the client.
