Job Summary: We are seeking a shipping and packaging operator for e-commerce with experience in logistics and digital channel operations. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and customer service support URGENT SHIPPING AND PACKAGING OPERATOR required — must reside in Ate, Santa Anita, or La Molina. REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role . Completed secondary education (technical training in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred). · Proficiency in Excel and digital channel sales (website and social media). RESPONSIBILITIES: · Customer and supplier support . Printing shipping labels and labeling packages. · Verifying purchase orders against shipping manifests. · Coding and labeling incoming merchandise in the warehouse. · Confirming order details and customer information prior to shipment. · Tracking orders via email and telephone. · Reporting issues and coordinating timely changes or returns. · Supporting inventory management by performing physical product counts.
