Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional to perform diagnostics, maintenance and repair of electronic equipment, network and system configurations, and provide user support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment. 2. Provide technical support and user assistance for software and hardware. 3. Configure operating systems, networks, and applications. **Requirements** * Graduates / Bachelor's degree holders or final-year students in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Informatics, Technical Support, or Computer Equipment Maintenance * Minimum 1.5 years of experience. * Availability to work on-site in the district of Lince. * Knowledge of uploading a domain to a device. * Knowledge of installation and configuration of peripheral devices **Responsibilities:** * Deliver technical support services under coordination with your immediate supervisor * Assist users when software and/or hardware issues arise * Perform data backup and restoration. * Conduct preventive maintenance on PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, etc. * Follow the service delivery procedure (before – during – after) * Prepare the customer acceptance document * Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment (computers, printers, and peripherals) * Network and system configurations * Configuration of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and others. * Installation of operating systems and applications. * Install, configure, and maintain printers & photocopiers * Verify, update, and configure systems. * Analyze information requirements of assigned technological processes. * Coordinate with Systems Analysts regarding application failures and with Infrastructure Analysts regarding communication issues. * Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
