




Job Summary: Supervise compliance with the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA), ensuring safe working conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise compliance with the OSHMS and the Annual SSOMA Plan. 2. Develop and update IPERC, IAEIC, ATS, and PETAR matrices. 3. Conduct SSOMA inspections, investigations, and document control. SSOMA Supervisor Ensure compliance with the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA) by supervising farm operations and services, guaranteeing safe working conditions and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: * Update and supervise compliance with the OSHMS in accordance with current legal regulations. * Implement the Annual SSOMA Plan and Program. * Develop and update IPERC, IAEIC, ATS, and PETAR matrices (for both internal staff and contractors). * Develop and/or update procedures, manuals, work instructions, and internal regulations. * Manage frequency, severity, and accident rate indicators. * Supervise high-risk activities: working at heights, electrical hazards, welding, operational testing, and machinery maintenance. * Verify proper completion of safety records (ATS, PETAR, inspections). * Conduct periodic inspections at the plant and client facilities. * Validate safe conditions before and during work execution. * Investigate accidents, incidents, near-misses, and environmental emergencies. * Maintain and safeguard all documentation generated by the management system. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (minimum 90 hours) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Employment Type: Permanent Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: Regular travel required
