Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform corrective and preventive maintenance, technical inspections, and provide support to owners across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on infrastructure 2. Conduct technical inspections and rectify observations 3. Provide technical support and guidance to owners On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician. Requirements * Technical bachelor's degree in Electrotechnology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance. * Availability to work at multiple locations. Competencies * Responsibility * Effective communication * Integrity * Commitment to work quality * Dynamism\-Energy Responsibilities * Perform corrective maintenance, repairs, and finishing work (painting, plastering, basic masonry, and surface repair) in apartments and common areas to address post-sale observations and complaints. * Conduct pre-delivery technical inspections, identifying and correcting aesthetic and functional issues before handover to the owner. * Provide technical support to owners during the moving-in process and minor adaptations, guiding them on proper use of facilities and building regulations. * Execute and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on building infrastructure and systems, verifying proper operation and reporting progress. * Configure control devices (timers) for lighting and ventilation in common areas, as well as perform other duties assigned by management.
