Continuous training and teamwork **Maintenance Mechanical Technician** * Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial plants. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial machinery. * Proficiency in handling mechanical equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, bearings, transmission systems, shafts, and couplings. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Basic knowledge of welding, alignment, and lubrication. * Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is desirable. * Availability to work during plant shutdowns (HOLIDAYS AND SUNDAYS) as required. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive mechanical maintenance on equipment and machinery at the paper mill plant. * Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in production equipment. * Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes to ensure equipment availability. * Record all interventions in established formats. * Comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) regulations.
