Customer satisfaction and loyalty orientation Job Description: At Inducom, we are looking for a technical service provider to support our After-Sales department: **We require:** * Minimum **2 years** of experience in after-sales or **technical support** within the industrial sector. * Experience with **pumping systems, industrial gearboxes, and motors.** * Proficiency in **welding and assembling pump system bases.** * CRM proficiency: Experience with Odoo or other management systems (Desirable). **Skills:** * Ability to solve problems and handle customer complaints. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers. * Orientation toward customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Services Required:** * Diagnostics and repairs of industrial equipment such as pumps (of various types), electric motors, gearboxes, etc. * Coordination with commercial and technical departments for after-sales service delivery. * Conducting on-site technical visits when external support is required. * Issuing technical reports covering diagnostics, repairs, and functional testing. **Service Conditions** * Service location (engagement model based on time or per activity\-service) * Evaluation for potential permanent employment. * Growth opportunities within a multinational company operating in 4 Latin American countries and the United States.
