Customer retention and identification of new sales opportunities **At 3B Soluciones Industriales**, a growing Peruvian company specializing in lubricants and automotive and industrial maintenance products, we are looking to incorporate a results-oriented **Commercial Advisor** with digital skills into our team. **Main Responsibilities:** List products and promotions on digital platforms (Facebook, Marketplace, WhatsApp Business, among others). Respond to customer inquiries and process orders nationwide. Follow up on quotations and sales closures. Coordinate shipments with logistics to ensure timely deliveries. Manage order invoicing in coordination with the administration department. Maintain an updated customer portfolio. Identify sales opportunities and customer retention strategies. **Requirements:** Sales experience (preferably in the automotive or industrial sector). Proficiency in social media and digital sales tools. Strong communication skills and customer orientation. Basic knowledge of Excel and billing systems (preferred).
