B2B COMMERCIAL AND MARKETING ASSISTANT Position Objective Provide support to Metalco’s commercial and marketing departments, contributing to business opportunity generation, brand strengthening, and follow-up with potential customers—enabling the commercial management team to focus on strategic activities and business development. Main Responsibilities Commercial Support \* Update and maintain the customer and prospect database. \* Manage and update the commercial CRM. \* Conduct telephone and email follow-ups with potential customers. \* Coordinate commercial meetings. \* Prepare quotation and opportunity follow-up reports. \* Assist in preparing and sending commercial proposals. \* Reactivate former customers through campaigns and follow-ups. Marketing \* Manage corporate social media accounts (primarily LinkedIn). \* Coordinate content design and publication. \* Update catalogs, technical datasheets, and commercial materials. \* Administer and update the corporate website. \* Coordinate digital marketing campaigns with external vendors. \* Develop corporate presentations and success stories. \* Manage databases for commercial campaigns. Commercial Intelligence \* Research target companies, architects, construction firms, and potential customers. \* Identify new business opportunities. \* Keep market and competitive information up to date. Requirements \* Graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. \* Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial or marketing roles. \* Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace tools. \* Proficiency in Canva. \* CRM experience preferred. \* Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Ads, and digital marketing is desirable.
