You will be responsible for delivering warm and safe service to customers, ensuring unforgettable experiences for children and their families, as well as supporting the branch’s business goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers courteously and willingly. * Supervise and care for children within the premises. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and good condition of attractions and facilities. * Assist in creating commercial content (photos and videos). * Inform customers about and sell company services. * Handle cash transactions and support cashier operations. * Achieve the branch’s business goals. * Assist with administrative tasks in the office area. * Follow instructions from immediate supervisors. * Collaborate in maintaining and caring for the venue. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (**technical or university studies in progress preferred**). * Experience in customer service, sales, or child supervision (**preferred**). * Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and proactive attitude. * Enthusiasm for working with children and in teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **We Offer:** * Employment with a growing company. * Training in customer service and attraction management. * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. * Ongoing training.
