We are currently seeking a **CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** with solid experience in the execution and control of multi-family building projects, particularly medium- and large-scale residential buildings. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control the proper execution of civil works items on site. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate with the Technical Office and various specialties to ensure correct project execution. * Monitor executed measurements, physical progress, and adherence to the schedule. * Identify interferences and propose timely technical solutions. * Supervise the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors. * Verify compliance with on-site safety standards and procedures. * Report progress, incidents, and deviations to the Project Manager or Resident Engineer. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered **Civil Engineer**. * Minimum **6 years of general experience** in civil works supervision or execution. * Proven experience in multi-family building projects. * Knowledge of quality control, measurements, and construction processes. * Familiarity with current building regulations. * Strong organizational skills, field leadership, and effective communication ability. **We Offer:** * Positive work environment. * Professional development opportunities. * Competitive market-aligned remuneration. * Employment type: Full-time. * Work modality: On-site.
