




Job Summary: The Civil Engineering Management Assistant provides technical and operational support to engineering, technical office, and budgeting departments, ensuring the proper execution of pre-construction activities and construction control. JOB SUMMARY The Civil Engineering Management Assistant provides technical and operational support to engineering, technical office, and budgeting departments, ensuring the proper execution of pre-construction and construction control activities. 2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Budgeting and Pre-construction Support - Prepare quantity take-offs for structures, architecture, and installations. - Perform material quantification. - Request quotations and prepare comparative tables. - Review drawings and technical specifications. - Assist in budget preparation. 2.2 Construction Coordination and Control - Monitor construction progress. - Control the schedule. - Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. - Prepare schedules and reports. 2.3 Document Management - Prepare daily and weekly reports. - Manage RFIs and submittals. - Maintain an updated technical archive. 3. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Civil Engineering. Experience: 3 years in construction. Knowledge: AutoCAD, Excel, drawing reading, quantity take-offs. Fluent spoken and written English. 4.
