Costs, Valuation, and Quantity Surveying Specialist **Job Description** At **TEC\-CUATRO S.A.C.**, a **Costs, Valuation, and Quantity Surveying Specialist** with experience in road and airport infrastructure projects is required. The professional will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling processes related to budgets, valuations, quantity take-offs, and project settlements, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficiency in contractual management. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and supervise budgets, valuations, quantity take-offs, and project settlements. * Coordinate and execute functions within the Engineering and Planning Technical Office. * Participate in cost and construction scheduling control, including contractual modifications and extras. * Prepare technical reports, valuations, and economic progress reports. * Ensure correct application of regulations and control procedures for highway, airport, and aerodrome projects. * Provide technical support in contractual, financial, and construction project management. **Requirements** * **Education:** Civil Engineer or Highway, Canal, and Port Engineer, duly registered and licensed. * **Minimum Experience:** **6 years** as an Engineer and/or Specialist and/or Supervisor and/or Head and/or Responsible for: * Costs, budgets, valuations, quantity take-offs, or project settlements. * Engineering Office, Planning Office, or Engineering Technical Office. * Cost control and construction project control. * Planning, construction scheduling, and management of extras. * Contract administration, technical reporting, and valuations. * Construction planning and control and/or any combination thereof. * Required experience in **supervision and/or execution and/or inspection of airport infrastructure and road construction projects.** Please send your updated CV and supporting documents verifying experience and certifications to: **talento@tec4global.com** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in airports and/or aerodromes and/or highways? * Please state your salary expectations.
