Job Summary: We are seeking a CAD draftsman to convert customer ideas into technical files ready for laser cutting, and to manage sales and quotations, providing technical advice and coordinating deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Create technical drawings in AutoCAD 2D/3D from sketches or samples. 2. Serve customers, recommend materials, and provide quick quotations. 3. Coordinate with the laser operator and manage customer pickup dates. POSITION: CAD DRAFTSMAN \- CUSTOMER SERVICE **Primary Objective** Convert customer ideas into technical files (DXF) ready for laser cutting and manage daily sales/quotations. Key Responsibilities * **Technical Drawing:** Create drawings in **AutoCAD** (2D/3D) from samples or sketches. * **CNC Preparation:** Clean DXF files and calculate flat patterns for bending (folding). * **Sales and Quotation:** Serve customers, recommend materials (steel thicknesses/types), and provide rapid pricing. * **Delivery Coordination:** Coordinate with the laser operator and provide realistic customer pickup dates. Requirements * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** (Mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in **INVENTOR**. * Experience in **Metalworking**. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
